Pratt Fincham Road Realignment
The City of Pratt retained EBH to investigate an offset intersection on busy US-54 and Fincham Road, the primary Walmart access, and manage improvements of the project. With the closure of the only direct access from Walmart to the highway, EBH worked with the City, Walmart, and KDOT to provide Walmart temporary access during construction, utilizing a temporary asphalt drive constructed by the City.

This project included:
- Comprehensive traffic study for KDOT
- Applying and obtaining KDOT Access Management funds for 100% of construction cost to realign the city street and improve Walmart access.
- Replacing asphalt gravel road with 40’ wide 8” concrete pavement street with curb and gutter
- Right-of-way acquisition and topographic survey
