EBH on-call engineering services are dynamic in nature where our offerings are constantly changing and evolving based on the needs of you, our client. EBH will provide both project support and day-to-day support.
Serving Many Towns Across Kansas:
Non-project-specific services that may be included in providing general on-call engineering services include, but not limited to:
- Initial project planning
- Estimating – Formulating engineers’ options of probable cost (OPCs) engineering reviews for submitted utility plans, site plans, subdivisions, and developments
- General engineering consultation and assistance for technical issues regarding facilities, infrastructure, and operations via telephone or on-site
- Funding application
- Development of or assistance with grant applications
- New mapping
- Formal feasibility studies
- Rate studies
- Surveys
- Special assessment district preparation
- Attendance at council and staff meetings as requested
- Coordinate technical issues such as permitting and regulatory requirements
- Comprehensive and strategic master plans (Five, 10, and 20 year plans)

- Assisting with traffic engineering public requests and complaints

As the planning phases develop into specific projects, EBH provides engineering, construction, and surveying services through all aspects, from assistance in securing funding, to providing design, administering the bidding, and providing on-site construction oversight.
