Minneola Water System Improvements 2020 The major items of work include water line improvements: the replacement of cast iron lines and glue-joint PVC with approximately 90 linear feet of 4”, 2,910 liner feet of 6”, and 13,070 linear feet of 8” bell joint PVC pipe; six bored and encased highway crossings and one bored and encased railroad crossing; installation of 19 new fire hydrants, 110 valves, and 130 service connections using existing water meters; replacement of the pump, motor and appurtenances in one well; electrical and general improvements to three well houses and power at existing water tower; removing and replacing paving, sidewalk, curb, and gutter damaged by water line installation; installation of a SCADA system; remove and replace surfacing; and other appurtenances.

Liebenthal STF Improvements 2020 The major items of work include replacing the existing wet well mounted lift station with a new lift station, installing a generator with propane tank and electrical work at the lift station, pumping existing sewer flow to maintain sewer service during pump station replacement, pump wastewater from Cell 1 to Cell 2 for doing work in Cell 1 at the wastewater treatment facility, renovate existing dike and install 1730 square yards of 12” thick riprap on the inside dikes of Cell 1 at the existing wastewater treatment facility, install new division box or replace valves in existing division box and clean lines of existing control structure at wastewater treatment facility and other related items to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment facility.
