The City of Cimarron and EBH partnered together on the Highway 50 waterline improvement project. EBH provided engineering services and construction oversight on this project. EBH coordinated with KDOT to install new city waterline north of the proposed highway improvements for US Highway 50 and abandon the existing waterline beneath the proposed improvement area.

The major items of work included waterline improvements:
- 8 linear feet 6” C900 DR18 PVC Pipe
- 3511 linear feet 8” C900 DR18 PVC Pipe
- 425 linear feet 8” C900 DR18 Certa-Lok Pipe
- 425 linear feet 8” Bore & Encase w/16” Steel Casing
- 2 - 6” Gate Valve w/Valve Box and 2 - 8” Gate Valve w/Valve Box
- 2 Waterline Connections
- 2 - Fire Hydrant Assembly (3-way)
- Remove and replace gravel surfacing
- Remove pavement and replace with concrete
