The City of Colby needed a sewer system in Colby Estates for a new residential housing development. The City of Colby and EBH worked collaboratively on extending the existing sewer along with improving the Sanity Sewer System in Colby Estates. The existing sewer facilities remained operational all during construction in order to not interrupt service for the community.
