Project Details

EBH Engineering and Harper County worked together on the design and engineering of easements and rights-of-way in and around Anthony and Harper, Kansas. The work consisted of constructing utility and street improvements including:

  • Sycamore Development: New water lines, lift station, sewer lines, streets and drainage improvements.
  • Airport Industrial Development: New lift station and sewer lines.
  • Harper Business Park: New concrete approach and site drainage.
  • Sunrise 2nd Addition: New water lines, sewer lines, streets and drainage improvements
