The City of Leoti partnered with EBH for street improvement design for the town. Preliminary engineering reports were conducted to determine the best value design for the project. EBH presented the report to the city council, mayor, and citizens for approval. Once approved, the design for the street began and EBH oversaw the bidding and construction process.

- Street and Highway Improvements
Major items of work included:
- 2,500 cubic yards of common excavation, 155 cubic yards of rock excavation, 8900 square yards of 4” aggregate base and geosynthetic reinforcement,
- 1,225 lineal feet of curb and gutter combined
- 8,175 square yards of 6” concrete pavement and 350 square yards of 8” concrete valley gutter
- 50 square yards of 4” sidewalk
- 6 each water valve box adjustment
- Remove and reset 7 mailboxes
