The City of WaKeeney partnered with EBH on the engineering design and construction oversight of the Swimming Pool Park Trail. EBH provided a survey crew to collect planimetric data for the areas where the trail was being constructed. The site survey collected right-of-way locations, critical elevations, surface utility locations, drive entrances, sidewalks, manholes, storm drains, trees, and building facades.
