Garet Walker has accepted a surveying internship for the summer. Garet currently finished his sophomore year at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas and is studying Business Agronomy. Originally from Cimarron, KS, Garet heard about the internship opportunity through a family friend after telling them about his interest in land surveying. They suggested to contact EBH and apply for an intern position. Garet says, “There is so much information to learn about land surveying, and I’m excited to be in the field to understand more. This opportunity will give me the ability to decide if land surveying is the career I will follow.” Garet will intern through the summer and travel to our jobsite locations with our surveying crews working on a variety of projects. In his free time, Garet enjoys hanging out with his friends, golfing, fishing and hunting.
