Helping Clients Prosper and Grow. EBH Engineering’s mission is to work alongside our clients to help them with their engineering needs. We have built long lasting partnerships with many of our clients and see ourselves as a collaborator of their team. As we enter a new phase in our company, we are excited to announce our new President, Joel Krosschell, P.E., and our new ownership group starting January 1, 2022. The ownership group includes Joel Krosschell, P.E., Darin Neufeld, P.E., Michael Younger, P.E., and Andrew Brunner, P.E. These gentlemen have been an integral part of EBH Engineering for many years.

Joel, who manages the Cimarron office, has been with EBH for over twenty-five years and has been helping clients in the planning, design and construction management of highways, street, subdivisions, bridges, stormwater and utility improvements. Darin, who manages the Marion and Hillsboro offices, has been with EBH for over twenty-five years and assists clients with planning, design, and construction management for structural and airport projects along with municipal projects. Michael, who manages the Pratt office, has been with EBH over eleven years and helps clients with their water system improvements from design through project completion. Andrew, who manages our Goodland office, has been with EBH for over eight years and performs planning, design, and construction engineering for municipal clients and provides structural and foundation evaluations and design company-wide. With these strong engineers leading the helm of EBH, our clients are in good hands along with the rest of our dedicated staff.

EBH is also excited to announce the plan for Alan Luttrell, P.E. to transition into retirement in 2022. Alan will continue working with our clients on their projects and be a resource for them throughout the duration of their projects. As a University of Kansas graduate, he’s dedicated over 40 years to EBH Engineering. Darin Neufeld, P.E. states, “Thank you, Alan, for your continued leadership and guidance. Alan has positioned EBH to be a successful engineering firm who values clients and employees. We look forward to continuing your legacy of the firm.”
