The City of Ellinwood need road and bridge design and construction. EBH completed the design portion and oversaw the construction. The project included foundation stabilization which encompassed excavation and compaction of base. Contractors installed aggregates and other appurtenance. The steel arches installed were set with a crane and welded to insure stability. There was also construction of concrete wing walls and toe walls.
