Anthony Airport Fuel JetA System Improvements 2026
Sealed Bids for the construction of City of Anthony – 2026 Anthony Airport JetA System Improvements will be received either in person at the Office of the City Clerk or to the online plan room of EBH Engineering (https://ebhengineering.com/plan-room/) until 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
Bid:
- Apply For Permit with State Fire Marchall Office.
- Supply & Install 5000 Gallon Double Wall Above Ground Flameshield Tank on Owner Provided Pad.
- Supply & Install Tank E-Vent, Gauge & Sump Pump.
- Supply & Install Remote Fill with Overflow Valve.
- Supply & Install High Speed Fleet Dispenser.
- Remove And Replace Point of Sale Device, Connect to Existing Avgas and New JetA Fuel Systems.
Bidding Documents may be examined at the City of Anthony, City Hall or Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained through the Engineer’s website: www.ebhengineering.com\plan-room, by entering your information in the required fields. Addenda, if any, and Plan Holder’s list will also be available through the EBH online Plan Room.
Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
