Addenda No. 1 & 2
The City of Anthony worked closely with EBH Engineering on design of their sewer plant to remove existing liner and sludge. The design also included restoring the interior slopes of Cell No. 1. and constructing an 18” compacted soil liner amended with bentonite. Contractors also installed filter fabric and rip-rap on the interior slope of the dikes and removed and replaced existing inlet and outlet piping.
