EBH Engineering and the City of Belpre partnered together on the design of their water tower improvements. This included interior and exterior metal surfaces and the application of new coatings, grout, seal, and paint concrete foundation pads. There was various metal work completed to meet KDHE and OSHA standards which included: extending the overflow system; raising balcony handrail; removing interior spider rods and seal weld roof; removing interior ladder; enlarging existing access hatch and adding an additional hatch; raising the hatch framing; and installing anti-climb plates on support legs.
