Clifton K-9 CCLIP Surface Preservation 2025
The City of Clifton, Kansas will receive sealed bids for the construction of K-9 CCLIP Surface Preservation 2025 at City of Clifton, 104 East Parallel Street, Clifton, Kansas 66937 until November 18th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
Work consists of: The major items of work include highway improvements: Cover Material and Emulsified Asphalt for Chip Seal, 6012 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Multi-Component) (Yellow) (4”), 2345 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Multi-Component) (White) (6”), 120 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Intersection Grade) (White) (24”), Traffic Control, other appurtenances.

Bidding Documents: Electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained through the Engineer’s website: www.ebhengineering.com\plan-room, by entering your information in the required fields. Addenda, if any, and Plan Holders list will also be available through the EBH website Plan Room. Hard copies of the Bidding Documents are available at the Engineer’s office upon depositing $175.00 per set. No refunds will be made. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
