Sealed Bids for the construction of CITY OF INMAN – INMAN NIKKEL COURT IMPROVEMENTS 2025will be received either in person at the Office of the City Clerk or to the online plan room of EBH Engineering (https://ebhengineering.com/planroom/) until 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 30, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.

Work consists of: The major items of work include: 3,550 square yards of 8” Concrete Pavement (NRDJ), 100 square yards of 6” Concrete Pavement, 450 square yards of 8” AB Base over Geo, 1,675 linear feet of Curb and Gutter, 300 cubic yards of Backfill, 15 square yards of Flume Drain, 8 linear feet of 24”x12” RCPHE Extension, 1000 linear feet of Temporary Surfacing, Traffic Control and other appurtenances.

Bidding Documents may be examined at the City of Inman, City Hall OR Electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained through the Engineer’s website: www.ebhengineering.com\plan-room , by entering your information in the required fields. Addenda, if any, and Plan Holders list will also be available through the EBH online Plan Room.

Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.

Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all bids.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
