The City of Lyons hired EBH Engineering to complete the engineering design on the ATP Facility. The project included installing looped water distribution line from Main St. to North end of Miles St. to provide fire protection and water service. The sanitary gravity sewer design has had to be extended in Miles St. corridor to serve proposed facility. EBH also defined the easement boundaries to facilitate water, sewer, and gas system improvements to facility. Design also included improvements on the Courthouse Sanitary Sewer System.
