Minneola RHID Development 2025
Sealed Bids for the construction of Minneola RHID Development 2025 will be received by City of Minneola, Kansas, addressed as follows: 126 Main, PO Box 156, Minneola, KS 67865 until 2:00, P.M., Thursday, July 17, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time at City Hall. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
Work consists of: The major items of work include: 1 each Sanitary Sewer Connection, 1733 lineal feet 8” SDR 35 Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 1733 lineal feet Trench and Backfill, 6 each Standard Manholes, 26 lineal feet Manhole (Extra Depth), 29 each Service Wye (with Connection), 1150 lineal feet 4” Schedule 40 Service Line, 2 each Waterline Connection, 2203 lineal feet 6” PVC Pipe (C900), 42 lineal feet 6” Certa-Lok PVC Pipe (C900), 42 lineal feet of Bore w/ 12” PVC Encasement, 9 each 6” Gate Valve w/Valve Box, 5 each Fire Hydrant Assembly (3-way), 7 monitoring station for Tracer Wire, 29 each 1” Service Connection (incl. Saddle, Corp. Stop & Fittings), 918 lineal feet 1” Polyethylene Tubing, 2056 cubic yards Common Excavation, 3 cubic yards Rock Excavation, 2748 lineal feet Curb & Gutter, 15 square yards Concrete Pavement (6″)(AE)(Reinforced), 5078 square yards 6″ Pavement, 5078 square yards Compaction of Subgrade, 1 each Concrete Flume, 2 each Concrete Low Water Crossing, 10 lineal feet Storm Sewer Pipe (18”)(RCP), 1 each End Sections (18”)(RC), 1 each Concrete Headwall, 7 lineal feet Concrete Slope Protection, 1 acre Seeding, Erosion Control, Traffic Control, Contractor Construction Staking and other appurtenances.

Bidding Documents: Electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained through the Engineer’s website: www.ebhengineering.com\plan-room, by entering your information in the required fields. Addenda, if any, and Plan Holders list will also be available through the EBH website Plan Room. Hard copies of the Bidding Documents are available at the Engineer’s office upon depositing $175.00 per set. No refunds will be made. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
