Oakley Airport Fuel System Improvements 2026
Sealed Bids for the construction of CITY OF OAKLEY – 2026 OAKLEY AIRPORT FUEL SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS will be received either in person at the Office of the City Clerk or to the online plan room of EBH Engineering (https://ebhengineering.com/plan-room/) until 4:00 P.M. on Monday, March 16, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
Bid:
1. Remove existing underground AvGas tank.
2. Supply and install a 10,000 gallon AvGas Tank, pump and piping to connect to existing dispenser.
3. Supply and install a 5,000 gallon JetA Tank and pipe to existing JetA tank.
4. Supply and install new point of sale device.
Bidding Documents may be examined at the City of Oakley, City Hall or Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained through the Engineer’s website: www.ebhengineering.com\plan-room, by entering your information in the required fields. Addenda, if any, and Plan Holder’s list will also be available through the EBH online Plan Room.
Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
