Pratt CCLIP Surface Preservation US HWY 54 & US HWY 281
Bids for the City of Pratt CCLIP Surface Preservation US Highway 54 and US Highway 281 project will be received by in-person at City of Pratt, 619 S. Main., P.O. Box 807, Pratt, Kansas 67124, or electronically on the online plan room of the engineer: www.ebhengineering.com/plan-room, until Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read via telephone and video conference immediately after the specified closing time. Interested persons may listen to a live teleconference of the bid opening by dialing 1-785-289-5712 and entering conference ID 471514735#. A link to the video feed of the bid opening will be sent to plan holder’s email addresses on the day prior to bid opening. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
Work consists of: The major items of work include highway improvements: 1687 Tons of HMA-Commercial Grade (Class A), 1466 Tons of Milling, 199 Tons of HMA-Commercial Grade (Class A)(Patching), 349 Square Yards of Granular Base (Patching), 349 Square Yards of Geosynthetic Reinforcement (Patching), 60 Square Yards of Concrete Surface Grinding, 4 Each Adjustment of Manholes, 3 Each Adjustment of Valve Box (Water), 1466 Tons of Transporting Salvageable Material, 5130 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Multi-Component)(Yellow)(4”), 3344 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Multi-Component)(White)(6”), 1 Each Pavement Marking Symbol (Intersection Grade)(White)(RR Crossing), Traffic Control, Flagging, Contractor Construction Staking and other appurtenances.

Bidding Documents: Electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained through the Engineer’s website: www.ebhengineering.com\plan-room, by entering your information in the required fields. Addenda, if any, and Plan Holders list will also be available through the EBH website Plan Room. Hard copies of the Bidding Documents are available at the Engineer’s office upon depositing $175.00 per set. No refunds will be made. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
