Services Provided- Surveying
EBH Engineering provided design services for the Pratt Soccer and Track Complex. EBH evaluated several design approaches to identify the most effective, efficient, and sustainable solutions for the client’s needs. The project design started with schematic design documents that illustrated the overall scale and layout of project components, followed by detailed design development documents that define the civil scope of the project.
Once the engineering was approved, EBH managed the regulatory approval process, ensuring all documents comply with applicable codes, laws, and jurisdictional requirements. Throughout construction, EBH provided ongoing administrative support, including timely review of submittals, substitutions, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications. EBH also performed regular site inspections, interpreted contract documents, and assisted with project closeout to ensure the project was completed in accordance with the approved design.
Civil Site work for the construction of the Pratt Track and Soccer Field Improvements includes the following:
- Site grading and earthwork
- Storm sewer improvements
- Entrance road with gravel surfacing
- Parking lot with gravel surfacing
- 5” and 7" concrete sidewalks
- Sanitary sewer with lift station and force main
- Water service line to restroom, concession building, and freezeless sanitary yard hydrants.
- Stormwater runoff control measures
- Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks & Tourism
