EBH & Associates, P.A., was selected by the Unified Government of Greely County, Kansas, to design the hospital street improvements. The team had to ensure hospital access and emergency access at all times during the project. Discussions with hospital staff resulted in additional phasing to prevent the shut down of the emergency room access and primary care entrance. Coordination with EBH, Morgan Brothers, UGGC, and Greeley County Medical Center was carried out daily to address the flow of traffic around the hospital and project site.

- 3070 square yards of aggregate base (asphalt millings)
