The project included comprehensive engineering design and coordination for improvements to the community’s water supply, storage, and control systems. The engineering services included designing upgrades to the transmission and distribution network, including the new master‑metered connection to Trego RWD No. 2, as well as developing improvements to the system’s telemetry and SCADA controls. The scope also included the design of two new pitless‑unit water wells to replace existing City Wells 13 and 14, along with the design of elevated water storage enhancements and all associated piping, equipment, and sitework. In addition, EBH also coordinated closely with Trego RWD No. 2 to review and integrate all required connection infrastructure.
