The City of Peabody will receive sealed bids for the 2023 Peabody KDOT Cost Share 4th Street Improvements either in person at the Office of the City Clerk or to the online plan room of EBH Engineering (https://ebhengineering.com/plan-room/) until 3:00 P.M. Monday, January 29, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.

4th Street from Peabody St to Locust St
3500 square yards of 6” Concrete Pavement; 130 square yards of 6” Concrete Entrance Pavement; 950 linear feet of Curb & Gutter; 2000 cubic yards of Excavation; 4300 square yards of 4”Crushed Rock Base over Geo; 310 square yards of 8” Concrete Valley Gutter; 90 square yards of 4” Sidewalk with Ramps; Seeding and Traffic Control

The project will be reviewed for compliance with the Bid Documents, and the OWNER reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
